Our Yoga Style
Our teacher trainings are rooted in Hatha Yoga, with a focus on the alignment based Vinyasa style. We also give our students a short introduction to Yin yoga.

Each day in our 200-hour course is a different, playful and unique adventure. We guide our students through a variety of physical movement, deep meditation, theoretical and practical lectures.
Even though our course is an intensive teacher training, we are mindful not to overload our students, leaving plenty of time for relaxation and exploration of what Bali has to offer.
