Q: What is your maximum class size?

A: We cap our classes at maximum 15 students.

Q: Does the training give students all the necessary skills to start teaching right away?

A: Yes, we include as many practice teachings as possible and do workshops on practical aspects of teaching to move our students to a comfortable zone. However this doesn’t mean that you have to start teaching after this training. Many of our students take our trainings just to deepen their personal practice.

Q: Are the trainings physically difficult?

A: It will definitely not be “difficult” for either your body or mind, but probably challenging at times as it is an intensive course. The asanas will include peak poses which you will learn how to prepare for and practice safely, but you can always choose to do the modifications only.

Q: Are there any requirements to be eligible to apply?

A: We recommend that you have practiced yoga for at least one year before attending one of our 200 hour teacher trainings.

Q: What does the daily schedule look like and what will I learn?

A: You will go through an intense training of Asanas, alignments, sequencing, hands on adjustments, practice teaching, anatomy, Pranayama and the history and philosophy of yoga. The detailed daily schedule of the trainings and what you will learn during the course week by week is presented in much more detail on our website under each respective training.

A: Yes, we make sure that our venues always have Wi-Fi, so you can easily stay connected to family and friends during the training. However, the yoga shala is a sacred space for learning, so we kindly ask you to leave your phones in your room or in your bag so it doesn’t distract you or your fellow students during class.
